Delivery Policy

All goods supplied remain the property of the manufacturer until payment has been received in full.

We use a reputable carrier to ensure safe and timely delivery of all items. However, in the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, you must report any damage within 48 hours of receipt. This is necessary to enable any warranty claims or replacements to be processed by the manufacturer.

Any damaged items must be returned using the prepaid postage labels provided by the manufacturer. Please do not return items using any other method, as unauthorised returns may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
